This page explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and how it is used. It applies to www.joemelendezrealty.com and the forms on it.
Information you submit
When you use a form on this site, the information you enter is stored so Joe can respond. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, property address or city, timeline, property condition, the type of help you are looking for, any message you write, and the name of a resource you requested.
Information collected automatically
With each submission, the site records the page you submitted from, the referring page if your browser sends one, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. The site also uses Google Analytics to measure page views and general site usage. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How the information is used
Your information is used to reply to your request, prepare the materials you asked for, and follow up about your real estate goals. Joe does not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that operate this site and Joe's follow-up systems, or where required by law. Those providers are: Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship system Joe uses to manage contacts and follow-up; the email delivery provider that sends confirmations, requested guides, market updates, and review requests; the hosting and database provider that stores form submissions; and Google Analytics for aggregate site measurement.
Communication and opting out
By submitting a form you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop receiving messages at any time by replying to any email or contacting Joe directly.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask what information Joe holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask that it be deleted. Email joe@cb-diamond.com or call 562-640-1466 to make a request. Some records may need to be retained where a transaction or brokerage requirement applies.
